Biotech Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively promote our services, products, programs, and brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and corporate initiatives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with product MKT, sales, and R&D teams to gather insights, develop campaign plans, and ensure alignment with scientific and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
