Superintendent Position

Lynden Christian School seeks a visionary leader to serve as its next Superintendent. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out board policy decisions while providing spiritual and administrative leadership in support of the school's mission.

The Superintendent will work closely with the Board, school administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, and society to promote a Christ-centered learning environment and achieve the school's goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs rooted in a Reformed Christian worldview, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards, and fostering a positive school culture grounded in Christian values.

Requirements

• Master's degree in education, leadership, or a related field with training for leading and educating.
• 5+ years' experience and training in leading and supervising others with teaching experience.
• A meaningful connection to Christian education and the ability to articulate the value of Reformed Christian education.
• Strong communication, faith-based values, and leadership skills.
