Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant in Kankakee, IL. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, evaluations, and support for individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Psychological Assessments and Evaluations
  • Develop and Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide Counseling and Support Services to Students
  • Collaborate with Teachers, Parents, and School Staff to Support Student Needs
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings and Provide Expert Input on Student Progress
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation of Services and Progress
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology or a Related Field
  • Licensed or Certified as a School Psychologist in Illinois
  • Previous Experience Working as a School Psychologist Preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of Psychological Assessment Tools and Techniques
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively with a Multidisciplinary Team
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
