Fit Expert Role
  • Reliable and flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales, with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make customers feel valued and lead by example
Sales Lead Position
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
  • Leadership skills, including excellent customer experience behaviors, attention to detail, and effective delegation and validation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and perform the basic functions of the job
