About the Job:

As a Chauffeur/Driver at Experience Senior Living, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents to activities and appointments in a timely and safe manner.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning and servicing the vehicle.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Experience Department to plan and execute resident events and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of driving experience, preferably with a 12-passenger van.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
