Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Coffee Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team at Rivet House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our guests.

  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and accurately record drink orders.
  • Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, process guest payments, and report cash and credit card gratuities received.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, wash and sterilize glassware, and set up and breakdown all bar items.
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies and report equipment problems and maintenance issues to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly and engaging manner with all guests.
  • Rotate and maintain product to sell dates.

Requirements:

  • Have a positive energy and be ready to assist fellow team members and work as a team player.
  • Be 18 years of age or older and have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, and all guests.
  • A flexible schedule to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
