Job Summary

Dobbs Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure systems and networks
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to staff
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies
Requirements
  • VMware certifications (such as VCP, VCAP, VCIX) are highly desirable
  • MCSE certification or other Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
  • Cisco certifications are highly desirable
  • 8140/8570 IAT Level III is required for this position
  • Experience with system administration and network administration
  • Experience with Linux is desirable
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages
  • Knowledge of network and host hardening
  • Knowledge of Splunk is desirable but not required
  • Knowledge of Trellix and Tenable security and vulnerability products are desirable but not required
