Position Overview This role involves the assembly and maintenance of Premier O.E.M. products.Essential Qualifications:
Educational Background
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience and Training
While no prior experience is necessary, 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Candidates must possess training in assessing the quality of rotational molded components, trimming, flaming, assembly, and repair processes.
Additional Qualifications
Strong customer-focused work ethic
Physical Demands:
Must be able to exert up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

Technical Proficiencies
Must demonstrate proficiency in essential job skills and position-specific knowledge, including
