Cosmetic Surgery Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our cosmetic surgery practice.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, daily clinical and surgical schedule, and anticipate appropriately.
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Increase physicians' overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience.
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
- Remain tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities.
- Complete other projects and/or duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by Clinical Leadership Members.
- Current Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN).
- Current ACLS certification required for all Nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs).
- Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States, and RPNs in Canada.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
- High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
