Samba Care is seeking a skilled Travel Ultrasound Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound services to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ultrasound Procedure Expertise
    • Explain ultrasound procedures to patients, addressing their questions and providing support.
    • Apply ultrasound gel to patients' bodies, ensuring proper imaging.
    • Program and adjust scanners for specific procedures, capturing high-quality images.
    • Evaluate images for quality and interpret results to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases.
  • Patient Care and Support
    • Present images and preliminary findings to physicians.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and medical notes.
    • Assist radiologists with vascular ultrasound procedures and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Sterilization
    • Maintain ultrasound equipment in good working order.
    • Sterilize procedure rooms to ensure a safe environment.
