Role Overview:
As a Tire Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Retail sales of tires, including associated services such as road hazard coverage, valve installation, balancing, and disposal.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and informing customers of any issues, while providing suitable solutions.
  • Following up on all services rendered to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our inventory and shop capabilities.
  • Adhering to all established policies and procedures, including invoicing and credit protocols.
  • Gaining knowledge of products offered by both our company and competitors.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or management, preferably within the tire and automotive service sector.
  • Experience with agricultural or farm tires is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The physical capability to lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs, along with the ability to perform tasks that involve pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities.
