Tile and Stone Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Process sales orders and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve order issues.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with sales order processing software is a plus.
