We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Worker to provide exceptional cleaning services to our university housing apartments and residence halls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine cleaning services to interior and exterior spaces, including floors, carpets, and tiles.
  • Perform specific floor maintenance and protection procedures to maintain apartments and dormitories in their best possible condition.
  • Apply techniques and procedures accepted by the custodial maintenance industry to ensure high-quality cleaning services.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of basic housekeeping techniques and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and write the English language and to understand and follow oral instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to stand for extended lengths of time (five hours or more).
  • Demonstrated ability to lift up to 25 lbs. many times per day.
