We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Agency Support Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing data, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Initial phone intake and document management
  • Data processing and analysis
  • Working as a team to achieve our objectives
Qualifications
  • Ability to commute to the office
  • Obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License within 60 days of start date
  • Computer proficiency and great phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask (preferred)
