Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
  • Present our fitness concept to interested customers, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout experience
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Provide studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new customers through their first workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to customers
  • Follow up with prospective customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Handle customer concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
