**As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:**

+ Designing and facilitating activities tailored to the interests and needs of the children

+ Engaging in daily communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's development

**Qualifications:**

Applicants must successfully complete required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience standards:

+ Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

+ Early childhood education coursework, CDA, or degree is preferred

+ A minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred

+ Previous job titles may include child care educator, daycare educator, preschool educator, infant educator, toddler educator

+ MA DEEC teacher certification is required (Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care)
