LaborMAX is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Sales Support Associate to provide top-notch customer service. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Field customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, sales orders, and RMAs in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including order backlogs and revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Aptitude for processing complex orders and resolving customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in international sales and export compliance (desired).
