Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pallet Builder/Repair Specialist to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and repairing wooden pallets by hand using a nail gun.

Responsibilities
  • Build and repair wooden pallets to meet customer specifications
  • Operate a nail gun to assemble pallets
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or labor-intensive environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
