Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team in designing and constructing large-scale systems in Java
  • Mentor and lead junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify client requirements and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain complex Java applications, ensuring high-quality production of code
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience as a software developer, with a minimum of 5 years in Java development
  • At least 2 years of experience leading development teams, mentoring, and leading junior developers
  • Experience in designing and constructing large-scale systems in Java
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS, setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,000 - $207,980.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
