About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Jefferson Township Public Schools. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our schools.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairs.
  • Operate various pieces of equipment, including vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Black Seal license required or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
