• Prepare and package store-baked products to company standards
• Organize and stock work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards and maintaining food safety and handling standards

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to maintain processes and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
• Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals

• Experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success
• ServSafe certification, or willingness to obtain
