We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to uphold our commitment to cleanliness and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Sanitation Compliance: Adhere to sanitation standards and procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain food and beverage equipment, ensuring that all kitchen areas, including walls and floors, are properly cared for.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to unforeseen incidents, such as spills or breakages, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining equipment functionality by following operating instructions, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance.
- Utensil Management: Ensure that all cooking and serving utensils are kept clean and sanitary at all times.
- Inventory Control: Maintain appropriate levels of dishes and utensils to support kitchen operations.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Actively participate in environmental sustainability efforts, including recycling, waste reduction, and conservation of energy and water.
