Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Specialist
Job Summary: PRN Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in the NICU Intensive Care unit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates in the NICU Intensive Care unit.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in NICU Intensive Care.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
