We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Avamere Rehabilitation at Ridgemont in Port Orchard, Washington.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and promote optimal outcomes.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive speech pathology services to patients, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and maximize patient benefits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient goals and needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
