Licensed Practical Nurse

Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to patients undergoing detoxification and behavioral health treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' health status and deliver patient care as directed by medical provider orders.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation of patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient progress toward goals.
- Support maintenance of a safe environment of care at the facility.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Nevada.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarization with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in a nursing role.
- Two to five years of experience in the mental health and/or addiction field.
