Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all operations within the designated section, ensuring compliance with established procedures, quality control, and maintenance standards.
  • Assume leadership duties for other sections in the absence of the supervisor, maintaining operational continuity and high performance standards.
  • Supervise all laboratory functions during times when Laboratory Management is unavailable, including on-call responsibilities, to guarantee uninterrupted patient care.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations set forth by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), keeping the department aligned with current regulatory requirements and implementing necessary improvements.
