About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team of professionals. As a representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling homeowner inquiries, and setting up qualified appointments for free consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners and adjust them to meet their specific needs.
  • Handle homeowners' questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Obtain homeowners' information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant details.
  • Input appointment details into our computer system and confirm appointments with canvassers or sales representatives.
  • Quality control phone calls to ensure high standards of customer service.
