Your Role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing and administering IT infrastructure, planning and installing client and server infrastructure, and ensuring the availability and reliability of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and administer IT infrastructure, including network and server landscapes
  • Plan and install client and server infrastructure, including Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and Cisco network components
  • Install, monitor, and diagnose IT systems from various technology areas, including client systems
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT infrastructure, including packaging software and creating and monitoring runbooks and automations
  • Administer virtual and physical server landscapes, including Windows Server and client management
  • Administer network infrastructure, including TCP/IP and network topology
  • Handle incidents and continuously improve documentation, adhering to defined processes according to ITIL

Requirements

  • Relevant education, such as IT specialist for system integration or IT system electronics, with professional experience
  • Several years of experience with Windows Server, including client management, client support, and network topology
  • Several years of experience in system administration in the Microsoft environment, including Windows 10/11
