Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with matching contributions, dental, health, vision, and life insurance coverage, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring residents to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
  • Support residents with toileting and incontinence care.
  • Monitor and document residents' vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information as directed by nursing staff.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents who require assistance.
  • Engage in conversations and activities to promote socialization and well-being among residents.

Requirements
  • A valid CNA certification.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
