As a Host at Chili's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Your warm smile, friendly demeanor, and exceptional communication skills will make our guests feel welcome and valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to every guest, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Manage the wait list, keeping guests informed and engaged
- Communicate guest concerns to the manager when necessary, ensuring seamless service
- Answer the phone within three rings, directing calls with ease and efficiency
- Support fellow team members when needed, working together to deliver exceptional service
