NeoGenCare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Oakland, California. As a leading provider of home health care services, we strive to deliver high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work with our patients in the Oakland area. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology, a California Speech & Language Pathologist license, and at least 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients in their homes.
  • Create individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and their causes.
  • Keep accurate records of patient progress and care plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology.
  • California Speech & Language Pathologist license.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.
