We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff Member to join our team at Covenant Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our campus buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the needs of our residents are met and a positive working atmosphere is maintained.
  • Assist with preparing residential living units for occupancy, including moving furniture and personal belongings.
  • Complete work requests within your skill set and experience on a timely basis.
  • Support resident transfers by moving furniture and other personal belongings with the assistance of team members.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs or replacement of parts not requiring a license.
  • Replace air and fluid filters as needed.
  • Remove snow and ice from parking lots and walkways.
  • Ensure parking lots and walkways are free from hazardous conditions.
  • Order supplies and parts from approved vendors.
Requirements
  • High school education.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing to staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Dependability, flexibility, motivation, and a willingness to take initiative.
