The H50 Colorectal Surgery Unit specializes in treating patients with complex conditions such as Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Colon Cancer, and hereditary bowel disorders. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality of care, maintaining a strict patient-to-staff ratio that never exceeds six patients per caregiver. The environment is supportive and team-oriented, with daily huddles to foster a positive atmosphere.
Position Details:
As a Registered Nurse in this residency program, you will engage in a structured 6-week rotation, with options for day or night shifts. Responsibilities include providing care to patients with intricate medical histories and participating in innovative surgical procedures.

- Regular check-ins to support your personal and professional development.
- Comprehensive orientation lasting 10 to 12 weeks, complemented by 10 residency days in your first year.
