Responsibilities

  • Installation, alignment, disassembly, and relocation of stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
  • Inspection and evaluation of machinery to identify irregularities and malfunctions
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Adjustment of machinery and repair or replacement of defective components
  • Operation of hoisting and lifting devices for machinery positioning during installation, setup, and repair
  • Routine maintenance tasks including cleaning and lubrication of machinery
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned


Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must effectively manage their work schedules, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments on time.

Preventive and predictive maintenance skills are crucial for ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory. A commitment to ongoing improvement in technical skills and quality workmanship is essential to meet the increasing demands of our customers. Candidates should be prepared to work various shifts, including rotating and/or straight night shifts. Overtime may be required on certain weekdays and weekends, depending on production needs.

Qualified candidates will possess knowledge in the following areas:

AC/DC wiring techniques

AC/DC drives and motors

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

Touchscreen technology

Mechanical systems including bearings, alignment, chains, and belts

Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Design and fabrication skills

Preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery

Experience in corrugated or box manufacturing is advantageous

  • A Trade School diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Engineering degree in an industrial field (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical) is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience is necessary.
  • Compensation is based on experience and expertise.
  • We operate on three shifts.
