  • Plan and execute the presentation of project designs in graphic form.
  • Coordinate with principals, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and employees.
  • Oversee the project design and ensure that the designs fit with the client's expectations.
  • Select all furnishings and finishes for approval by the principal-in-charge.
  • Maintain the project's overall design direction and aesthetic.
  • Manage the delivery of the project, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage and train/mentor design staff.
  • Oversee installation and contract administration.
  • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience or more.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Thorough knowledge in AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Revit, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Autodesk 3D, and InDesign are a plus.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • NCIDQ certification.
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Team player with the ability to supervise creative and administrative talent.

Job Information:

  • Pay: $24/hour - $38/hour ($50,000 - $80,000 annual salary).
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift.

  • Experience: Auto.
  • CAD: 7 years (Preferred).
  • Interior Design: 7 years (Preferred).
  • License/Certification: NCIDQ (Preferred).
  • Willingness To Travel: 25% (Preferred).
