Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
