Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and effective communication with clients, insurance adjusters, judges, physicians, and other professionals.
  • Conduct research and analyze case law, rules, and statutes, including Arizona Workers' Compensation.
  • Apply legal analysis to provide effective counsel to clients.
  • Review and analyze medical records and discovery, combining with legal analysis to provide client summarizations and status updates.
  • Assist supervising attorney with litigation preparation and strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Arizona
  • Workers' compensation/litigation experience
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Experience with medical terminology and language is preferred
