We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide pediatric private duty care in the Hammond/Tickfaw area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, adhering to infection control standards and federal/state program requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical nursing assessments, ensuring patient eligibility and medical necessity for services
  • Develop and revise individualized plans of care, coordinating with other community providers and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physicians, agency personnel, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • A minimum of one year experience as an RN, preferably in a pediatric setting
  • CPR certification and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
