Fulfillment Specialist

At Evereve, we're on a mission to inspire women to move forward in their fashion and lives. As a Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and shipping products to our customers. This includes checking for incoming orders, picking products from store inventory, and processing customer orders for shipment, in-store pickup, or curbside pickup.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has strong organizational and computer skills. If you're a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Develop a proficiency for all company systems for point of sale and order creation.
• Provide an efficient process to turnaround customer orders timely.
• Pull and package in-store pick up orders.
• Assist the store's Inventory Specialist following up on tasks related to shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery.

Requirements:

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.
