We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Overnight Monitor at Amity Foundation. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Monitoring: Provide continuous supervision and monitoring of students during quiet and sleeping hours, maintaining a high level of alertness and awareness.
- Bed Checks and Documentation: Conduct regular bed checks and document student activities as required.
- Supervision in Absence of Faculty: Assume supervision responsibilities in the absence of faculty members, ensuring continuity of care and support.
- Incident Reporting and Response: Promptly report and respond to incidents, including student altercations and emergencies, in accordance with established protocols.
- First Aid and CPR: Administer first aid and CPR as needed, in accordance with American Red Cross guidelines.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of facility grounds and equipment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete required forms and documentation for faculty intention meetings and critical incidents.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to operate general office equipment.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $17-$19/hour.
