Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize risk within assigned portfolios, utilizing advanced analytical skills to identify potential threats and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze intelligence gathered from various sources to detect and counter potential threats to national security, working closely with foreign partners to identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with intelligence agencies and law enforcement to assess and analyze potential threats, including espionage and sabotage, and provide recommendations for comprehensive CI awareness and vulnerabilities assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective countermeasures and threat detection strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports documenting processes, outcomes, and findings of investigations and interviews, utilizing advanced analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 20+ years of relevant experience; an additional five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • CI experience with a focus on HUMINT operations, with proficiency in conducting CI-related research, analysis, and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience developing collaborative relationships across IC agencies and law enforcement, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective CI strategies.
  • Experience with targeting tools, operational activities, technical collection capabilities, and operational processes, with a strong understanding of customer databases.
