Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. In this critical role, you will provide clinical expertise and support to ensure high-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients in the burn unit.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and promote efficient throughput.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a critical care or burn unit setting preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
