We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at ESSENTIAL ESCAPE SPA + YOGA.

Overview

As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for our guests.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and tailor your services to meet their individual requirements.

Your expertise in deep tissue, therapeutic, and Swedish massage techniques will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of massage services, including deep tissue, therapeutic, and Swedish massage.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and techniques of each service.
  • Maintain accurate records of each session, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort.
  • Set up and shut down service rooms, maintaining a clean and safe facility.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Requirements
  • A valid state license to practice massage therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology.
