Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating skills-based and psycho-educational groups, and overseeing milieu management. Your expertise will help our clients achieve sustainable healing and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions and facilitate group therapy with adolescents and young adults.
  • Oversee milieu management, ensuring a stable and consistent presence in the treatment environment.
  • Evaluate client progress and make recommendations for advancement through the stage system.
  • Develop treatment goals and coordinate services with the client's treatment team.
  • Provide crisis intervention and management as needed.
  • Complete required documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • Credentialed as a mental health or substance abuse counselor preferred.
  • Experience working with individual and group therapy with young adults and adolescents required.
  • Experience with mental health, substance abuse, or trauma-informed treatment preferred.
