Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will serve as a Systems Engineer/Administrator with a focus on Information Assurance. This role is essential in supporting our clients and involves working closely with a dedicated team to devise and implement advanced solutions for intricate challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in federal regulations and guidelines, including NIST standards and CNSS directives.
- Engage with existing operational processes to ensure the ongoing support of the Xacta solution.
- Promote the adoption of innovative capabilities and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders and users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the Xacta application set with minimal oversight.
- Enhance existing operational solutions related to Xacta systems administration.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Risk Management Framework by leveraging domain knowledge to streamline enterprise application administration.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with system security protocols in accordance with ICD 503 and the Risk Management Framework.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph is mandatory. A minimum of 7 years in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Cyber Security is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is essential, or equivalent experience in IT, IA, or Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in technical solution engineering and application administration.
- Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with API usage and familiarity with DoD compliance standards is preferred.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for accessing sensitive information, necessitating US citizenship and an active security badge.
