Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Cold Storage Associate, you will be integral to our Freezer Team, and your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and organizing inventory within the cold storage area.
- Processing product orders as needed.
- Arranging the freezer space to maximize efficiency.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by management.
We are looking for committed individuals to join our Freezer Team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience operating a pallet jack and forklift; certification is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly valued.
- Comfort in a freezer environment with temperatures around 29-30 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight while promoting a cooperative team atmosphere.
- Eligibility to meet our hiring standards, including background checks and drug screenings.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cold storage setting.
