Job Title: Kids Zone Attendant

Dynamic Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Kids Zone Attendant. As a key member of our Kids Zone team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage children in activities, ensuring their safety and happiness.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergencies in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Kids Zone environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Kids Zone team to deliver a positive and engaging experience for children.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of child care experience, preferably with infants, toddlers, and children up to 12 years old.
  • CPR certification from an approved organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
