Job Summary

Turf Titanz NC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-quality landscapes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Accurately track crew daily times and job times.
    • Ensure weekly inspections and maintenance are completed on assigned equipment.
    • Document materials used and ensure proper purchase orders.
  • Operational Responsibilities:
    • Supervise safe operation of all equipment assigned to your crew.
    • Operate various equipment, including trenchers, excavators, skid steers, and laser levels.
    • Take ownership of projects to ensure they are completed under budget and up to quality standards.
  • Leadership Responsibilities:
    • Follow and enforce company policies.
    • Lead by example, conducting yourself as a professional at all times.
    • Promote a safe work environment and ensure company safety policies are enforced.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape installations.
  • Proficiency in installing sod, mulch, retaining walls, patios, low voltage lighting, irrigation repairs, plant installation, drainage, and grading.
  • Ability to operate track loader, mini excavator, trencher, and various other compact equipment.
  • Ability to operate a transit/laser level.
  • Clean NCDL and ability to pass a background check.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work well with a team.
