About the Job

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in divorce and family law cases, specifically experience advocating for clients in Illinois divorce and paternity cases through temporary relief and trials. You will be working with a 100% remote firm, with multiple office spaces in various locations in Chicagoland. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, complete benefits package, PTO, sick pay, company-paid holidays, accelerated career growth, and malpractice insurance.

Requirements
  • Illinois Bar License and in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience in Divorce and Family Law
  • Must live in the Chicagoland area and be able to travel to Cook & Collar Counties
  • Experience working with Cook, and Collar Counties (DuPage, Will, Lake, Kane, and Kendall) Courts
  • Experience advocating for clients in Illinois Divorce and Paternity cases
  • Experience with temporary relief and trials or another dispute resolution alternative
