Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain aseptic surgical procedures in the Operating Room
* Process contaminated surgical instruments through cleaning, sterilization, and re-setting surgical trays
* Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements:

* High school graduate, CST preferred
* 3-5 years similar experience in an ASC intraoperative setting, orthopedic/spine experience preferred
* BLS
* Ability to make sound, reasonable decisions
* Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, and receptiveness to change
* Ability to identify and calmly handle inherently stressful situations with tact
* Highly organized with ability to concentrate on many detailed requests
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to develop excellent working relationships with physicians, hospital partners, and ASC staff
* Maintains regular attendance
